Unique Options LLC is a non-traditional sheltered workshop providing employment opportunities for individuals who have sustained traumatic brain injuries. Employment will be supported to maximize each individual's potential in an environment where respect for the dignity of each individual is of the highest priority.
About Our Mission and Commitment for Clients and Customers

WHAT WE DO AS A NON-TRADITIONAL SHELTERED WORKSHOP

• Provide a minimum of 1:3 supportive supervision
• Pay an hourly wage for real work
• Assess work skills for development of an individualized employment service plan
• Assist with strengthening work skills, attitudes, attendance and productivity with real work experience
• Provide experienced vocational counselors to assist with placement in the community when appropriate
• Work with and/or develop individualized behavioral plans
